These Terms of Service govern access to Simplumedar and purchases of drinkware, backpacks, lunch and snack bags, cleaning products, and accessories. By using the storefront or submitting an order, you accept these terms and the policies linked from the footer.

Eligibility and account responsibility

Use the store only if you can form a binding agreement under applicable law. Keep account credentials secure and provide accurate contact, billing, and shipping information. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.

Products and availability

We aim to describe products accurately, but colors can vary by display and packaging or specifications may change. Availability and quantity limits are subject to confirmation. We may correct an evident description or pricing error before accepting an order and will provide notice or a refund when appropriate.

Orders, prices, and taxes

Prices and checkout are in USD. An order acknowledgement is not final acceptance; acceptance follows payment, fraud, and inventory review. Checkout displays merchandise charges and taxes collected as required by applicable law. We do not promise that every jurisdiction is tax-free.

Payment

Use only a payment method you are authorized to use. Supported card networks, authorization handling, and refund routing are described in the Payment Policy.

Shipping, cancellation, and returns

We ship only within the United States. Free-shipping terms, processing and transit estimates, tracking, cancellation before shipment, 30-day returns, exchanges, and refund timing are governed by the Shipping and Refund policies linked in the footer.

Acceptable use

Do not disrupt the site, bypass security, introduce malicious code, scrape beyond ordinary shopping, impersonate another person, submit fraudulent payment information, infringe rights, or use the service unlawfully. We may reasonably restrict access to protect customers, systems, or legal rights.

Intellectual property

Store text, graphics, branding, software, and arrangement are owned by or licensed to the merchant and protected by applicable law. Normal personal shopping use does not authorize copying, resale of site content, or commercial exploitation.

Third-party services

Shopify, payment providers, carriers, and linked services operate their own systems and may have separate terms. We remain responsible for our commitments but do not control unrelated third-party websites or content.

Disclaimers and liability

Nothing in these terms removes a warranty, remedy, or consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived. Subject to those rights and our express commitments, the service is provided as available, and indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages are limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for third-party claims arising from your unlawful misuse of the service or knowing violation of these terms. This provision does not apply where consumer law prohibits it.

Governing framework and changes

Applicable United States law and the law of the state shown in the merchant address govern these terms without overriding mandatory consumer protections. We may update these terms prospectively by posting a revised version. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent allowed.
