Shipping Policy

Simplumedar ships only to addresses in the United States. Standard shipping is free on every U.S. order with no minimum purchase requirement.

Order processing: 1–2 business days

Processing occurs before carrier transit and takes 1–2 business days. Orders received after 5:00 PM Pacific Time (PT), on weekends, or on holidays enter processing on the next business day.

Carrier transit: 4–6 business days

After dispatch and carrier acceptance, standard transportation normally takes 4–6 business days. This transit period is separate from the 1–2-business-day processing window; the stages must be counted consecutively rather than combined.

Tracking

A shipping-confirmation message with a carrier tracking number is sent when the parcel leaves fulfillment. The carrier may need a short period to display its first scan.

Address changes and delivery issues

Review the address before checkout and contact us promptly if a correction is needed. We can change it only before fulfillment makes the shipment irreversible. Weather, peak demand, carrier disruption, and address problems can affect estimates; contact support if tracking stalls or a parcel appears missing.

Taxes

Sales or transaction taxes are collected when required by applicable law. Free standard shipping does not remove a tax that legally applies.
