Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 16, 2026
Simplumedar provides this notice for visitors and customers using our United States online store for reusable drinkware, backpacks, lunch bags, snack bags, cleaning accessories, and related products. It explains what personal information we handle, why we use it, who may receive it, and how to exercise privacy choices.
Information collected
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect your name, email, telephone number, shipping and billing address, account credentials, messages, order details, products viewed or purchased, returns and exchanges, transaction status, and limited payment information supplied by our payment processor. Online activity may include IP address, device and browser data, cookie identifiers, approximate location, referral source, searches, page and product views, cart activity, advertising interactions, and inferences about product interests.
Sources of information
Information comes directly from you when you browse, create an account, check out, or contact support; automatically through the device, browser, cookies, pixels, and similar technologies; and from Shopify, payment processors, carriers, fraud-prevention providers, analytics services, and advertising partners that support a transaction or store operation.
Purposes for using information
We use information to operate and improve the storefront, authenticate accounts, process and verify payments, fulfill and track orders, arrange returns or exchanges, communicate about purchases, answer support and privacy requests, prevent fraud, maintain accounting and tax records, analyze performance, personalize content, advertise and measure campaigns, enforce our terms, comply with law, and protect customers, the merchant, and others.
Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies, pixels, tags, and comparable technologies keep carts and sessions working, remember choices, support security, measure site activity, and assist advertising. Browser controls can remove or block many cookies, and storefront privacy controls may offer additional choices. Blocking technology necessary for checkout or another requested service can affect site functionality.
Google Ads, remarketing, and conversion tracking
We may use Google Ads remarketing and conversion tracking. Google and participating advertising partners can receive cookie or device identifiers, IP or browser information, viewed-page events, and purchase or conversion signals to measure campaigns or show relevant ads. Choices may be managed through Google Ads Settings, browser controls, available cookie controls, and the Do Not Sell or Share method below.
Disclosure of information
We may disclose information as reasonably needed to Shopify; payment processors; shipping carriers; customer-support, communications, hosting, security, fraud-prevention, analytics, and advertising providers; and legal, accounting, or other professional advisers. Information may also be disclosed during a merger, sale, financing, or reorganization, or when required for valid legal process, policy enforcement, fraud prevention, safety, or protection of legal rights.
CCPA and CPRA rights
California consumers may have rights, subject to legal exceptions, to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information collected; learn the sources, purposes, and recipients; request access, correction, deletion, or portability; opt out of sale or sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising; and limit certain uses of sensitive personal information where applicable. We do not unlawfully discriminate because a consumer exercises a privacy right. Identity verification or proof of an authorized agent’s authority may be required.
Do Not Sell or Share
Some disclosures of online activity to advertising partners may be treated as selling or sharing under California law even when no money changes hands. Use the “Your Privacy Choices” link available on the storefront, or email Support@Simplumedar.shop with the subject “Do Not Sell or Share” and enough account or browser information to implement the request. We also process qualifying browser-based opt-out signals where applicable law requires it.
Other U.S. privacy rights
Residents of other U.S. states may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a portable copy of personal information, or to opt out of targeted advertising, sale, or certain profiling, depending on applicable law. Submit a request by email or telephone below. We may verify identity and provide any appeal process required by law.
Retention
Retention depends on the purpose and record type. Order and tax records may be retained for statutory and accounting periods, support records for issue resolution, and security logs for fraud prevention. We delete or deidentify personal information when continued retention is no longer reasonably necessary, subject to legal obligations and dispute requirements.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed for the nature of the information. No network, transmission, or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
Children’s privacy
The store is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. A parent or guardian who believes a child supplied information may contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
Policy changes
We may update this notice as practices, services, or legal requirements change. A revised version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
